Q. Do you delivery anywhere in the world?
A. Yes

Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. Postage is based on weight and we recommend you click on the Deliveries & Returns link for more information

Q. Are the products in stock?
A. All products on the site are available to purchase unless otherwise stated. If we don't have enough of a particular product, the site won't let you purchase it

Q. Can I leave comments when ordering like 'If not in, please leave in shed'?
A. Unfortunately not - we cannot attach 'post it' like notes to packages.

Q. How quickly will I receive my goods?
A. We ship goods Monday to Friday only and on the whole most goods are despatched the same working day via first class post (unless it weighs over 3kgs which means it will ship the next working day)

Q. How do I know when my order has been despatched?
A. We will notify you via email when your order has been despatched.

Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. Contact us before 4pm on the day of order with your delivery number. We will then arrange for a refund

Q. What if you deliver when I'm not at home?
A. Royal Mail or Parcel force will leave a slip notifying you they have attempted delivery and where you can collect it from
