
Postage
Postage costs are simple with Juuka - we have a flat rate of £3.95 for all areas within UK Mainland . However if you spend more than £50 you qualify for free shipping. For
all other areas outside of UK Mainland, postage is charged at cost. At the check out, click on Estimate Shipping to find out your postage costs.
If you order before 2pm, we
despatch goods the same working day and
anticipate items arriving at your door within 1-3 working days. If you order with us after 2pm, goods will ship the next working day. If your order is heavy or bulky and needs to ship via courier, it will be sent the next working day. If you unsure about delivery times, please contact us by phone or email.
We use Royal Mail for smaller packages (up to 3kg) and DHL for larger/heavier orders. Like all internet retailers we rely on couriers to deliver when they promise, but these are only the guidelines that they offer. Courier companies will deliver Monday to Friday, normally during working hours and require a signature. We are happy to send your goods to any address that you choose, (e.g. place of work), as long as there is someone there to sign for the goods. When checking out you have the option of changing your delivery address. Tracking details are provided with goods weighing over 3kg.
Returns
After
receiving an order the customer has seven days to return any unwanted
or faulty products. If your goods arrived damaged, you must inform us
within 24 hours of receiving your order as we then need to make a claim
from either the Courier or Royal Mail. If you fail to report damage
goods within 24 hours then we cannot make a claim and therefore cannot
reimburse or replace your damaged goods.
If
returning goods, the customer must email us first, as goods despatched
to us without prior notification will be returned to the customer at
their cost. All unwanted goods must be returned in the manufacturer's
original new condition, unused, complete and with all original
packaging, and any free or promotional items that originally
accompanied them. We recommend you send a copy of the email
correspondence too along with your invoice.
All goods being returned remain the risk of the customer until received by the company and should be adequately packed and insured and sent by secure mail, requiring a signature on receipt. On receiving the returned goods and providing they are in perfect condition, the company will arrange a refund via credit/debit card or cheque within 7 days. The refund will only be the cost of the item/s purchased and not any postage costs. Where an item or items are returned as unwanted, not required or wrongly ordered by the purchaser, and said item or items constitute part or all of an original order which exceeded any free delivery threshold applicable at the time of purchase, the companies normal delivery charges will be applied, and deducted from the customer's refund and a 10% restocking fee will be charged, also deducted from the refund.
All goods returned which require a replacement or credit are sent back to the relevant manufacturer for the seller to claim a replacement or credit. If for any reason the seller is unable to obtain such the seller has the absolute right to return the faulty good to the buyer and charge the buyer for the goods in question. The seller's decision is absolute and final. A written explanation should accompany all goods returned as damaged or faulty and such items may be referred or returned to the manufacturer or their agent/importer whose decision is final. The customer will be expected to pay the postage cost of all returned goods, and in the event of damaged or faulty items any refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of the company.
